At Mispulse, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mispulse.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and reflect the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or color, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order for the desired item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@mispulse.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number along with photos of the issue, and we'll work with you to find a fair solution as quickly as possible.
